They are adopting the Double-Stacking Vertical-Axis Windmill supplied by Global Energy.

For the first time in Japan and overseas, a Bellsion type Street Lights/IoT Stations were installed at "tvk Housing Plaza Yokohama".
Street light generates hybrid power generations of wind and solar power, stores electricity in the storage battery, and lights LED lights.
IoT station is equipped with Wi-Fi and a security camera.
A tour and an inauguration ceremony were held with participation of many people involved.
